ANTIPASTO SALAD 
1 head of lettuce, washed and torn
1 to 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 pkg. of sliced pepperoni
Sliced green olives
1/2 c. sliced red onion
1/4 c. sliced green pepper; optional
1/2 bottle low-cal Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients except dressing in tightly sealed Tupperware. Add dressing (approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of the 1/2 bottle). Seal container and shake to mix dressing. Chill 4 hours or so - adding lettuce or dressing as needed.
