ANTIPASTO SALAD 
14 oz. lg. noodles (like ritoni)
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
6 oz. pepperoni, sliced
6 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chunks
10-12 cherry tomatoes, whole
1 can pitted black olives, drained
1 sm. bottle Italian dressing

Mix all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
