ANTIPASTO SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
Herbed vinaigrette
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
2 med. size tomatoes, sliced
1/3 c. fresh basil
1/3 c. red onions, thinly sliced
1/3 c. black olives

Rinse and drain lettuce. Cut lettuce head in 4 crosswise slices, about 1 inch thick. Place on each serving plate. Arrange cheese slices, tomato slices, basil leaves and red onion slices over each lettuce slice. Arrange olives on the side of the lettuce slice. Drizzle each with vinaigrette and serve.
