ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
2 qt. tomatoes
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sweet basil
1 (12 oz.) tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Blend one quart tomatoes in at a time when making sauce in blender.

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

If not making meatballs, omit these two ingredients.

Brown meat, pour off fat, and add to sauce that has simmered. (When sauce has turned nice and red or dark around the edges, it is done.
