ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lb. ground beef
1/3 lb. hot sausage, optional
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 bay leaves
2 sm. cans tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 lg. can peeled tomatoes (Rotel)
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Pinch sugar
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 green pepper, chopped
12-14 stuffed green olives, cut in half

Saute meat, onions and bell pepper. Add other ingredients except cheese. Simmer 1 hour. Add cheese. Simmer 1 hour more. Add water as needed. Do not let it get dry.
