SPICY CORN SALAD 
1 lg. can of Golden Sweet Corn
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. diced cheddar cheese
1/4 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 fresh squeezed lime (lg. lime)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to corn. Chill at least 30 minutes. Garnish with avocado. Serve as a side salad.
