1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. cornmeal
2 eggs
3 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Dip hot dogs into mixture and drop into pan of hot shortening or oil.
