SPICY BAKED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. low-calorie salad dressing mix
2 tsp. imitation butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. water
1 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer

In small bowl stir together flour, parsley, salad dressing mix, butter, paprika. Blend in water. Remove wing tips and skin from chicken. Spread flour mixture over skinned chicken pieces. Place chicken in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes. DO NOT TURN.
