SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach 2 c. cottage cheese 1/3 c. butter, cut in pieces 1 1/2 c. cheese cubed, American or your choice 3 beaten eggs 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt Thaw spinach and drain. Mix all ingredients and put in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8. Recipe doubles nicely. |
