SPANISH CHICKEN 
3-4 lb. chicken, cut up
Salt, pepper & paprika
Garlic salt (opt.)
6 oz. can tomato paste
3/4 c. beer (6 oz.)
1 sm. jar stuffed olives with liquid

Season washed and cut up chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Place in crock pot. Mix tomato paste and beer together and pour over chicken. Add olives and liquid. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
