1 (1 oz.) pkg. bleu cheese
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper

Combine cheese, onion and garlic in a small bowl. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Beat 2 minutes, or until smooth. Chill.
