BLEU CHEESE DRESSING 
1 c. red wine vinegar
2 c. salad oil
Garlic powder to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. dry mustard
10 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled

Blend well. Store in refrigerator. Makes 1 quart.
