ONE SKILLET BREAKFAST 
6 fresh eggs
2 med. potatoes
1 vidalia onion, diced
6 strips of bacon
Salt and pepper

Dice and brown bacon in large skillet. Drain and pat dry. Wash and cube potatoes with or without peel. Place potatoes in skillet and cook until tender, add diced onion and cover. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes; add bacon and leave uncovered. Whip eggs until smooth. Turn heat up to medium and add eggs. Cook until eggs reach desired texture.
