LEMON/HERB SAUCE 
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 sm. onion, grated
1 clove garlic, grated

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Use as a marinade before and basting during cooking.
