BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 onion, grated
3 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter

Melt butter in 5"x9" Pyrex dish. Mix eggs, onion and sour cream together. Drain broccoli; add to the cornbread muffin mix. Pour into Pyrex dish and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
