BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
4 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 sticks butter
9 oz. cottage cheese, small curd
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

Blend ingredients well, adding muffin mix last.

Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 400°F for 25 minutes.
