2 sticks butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 box chopped broccoli
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs

Melt butter in 9 x 13 Pyrex or baking pan. Then add all ingredients and mix well.

Bake for 45 minutes at 375°F.
