CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. Town House or Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
5 chicken breasts, boiled and cut up
2 tbsp. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Crush crackers and mix with stick of melted butter; set aside 1 cup of cracker mixture. Press remaining cracker mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Place cut up chicken over crackers. Add mixture of soups, sour cream and water. Pour over chicken. Put reserve cup of crackers over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. NOTE: Can be frozen and defrosted before baking.
