BEST BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli, wash & cut into bite-size pieces
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
6 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedge
Garlic powder
Seasoned salt
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
1/2 c. whole salted cashews

Combine first 4 ingredients in large salad bowl. Sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoned salt. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise and mustard. Pour over vegetables and eggs and toss gently with rubber spatula until pieces are well coated. Scatter olives and nuts over top cover and refrigerate (overnight, if possible) before serving.
