CRUNCH CAKE 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour (sifted)
4 lg. eggs (5 sm.)
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon

(Have butter, eggs and milk at room temperature.)

Cream butter, Crisco and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour and milk alternately, starting and ending with flour. Add vanilla and lemon. Pour into well greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
