SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
2 layers broad noodles, uncooked
2 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes

Brown meat in butter in electric fry pan. Sprinkle with half of spaghetti sauce mix and then spoon cottage cheese over meat. Top with noodles in 2 layers and sprinkle with rest of spaghetti sauce mix. Add basil, parsley and salt. Pour tomatoes, tomato sauce, and 1 cup water over top, making sure all is moistened. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 35 minutes, until noodles are tender. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook 5 minutes longer. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6.
