3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, creamed
1 green pepper
1 onion, the same size as pepper

Dice green pepper and onion. Add to creamed cream cheese. Bring to a boil:

3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 eggs

Cool, then add to cream cheese mixture.
