ANNE'S FAMOUS CREOLE SEASONING | |
26 oz. box Mortons' Free Flowing Salt 1 1/2 oz. can ground black pepper 2 oz. can ground red pepper 1 oz. can pure garlic powder 1 oz. can chili powder 1 oz. carton monosodium glutamate (Accent) Mix well and use like salt. If too peppery for children, add more salt to mixture. To season seafood, use half of above mixture and add 1 teaspoon powdered thyme, 1 teaspoon bay leaf and 1 teaspoon sweet basil. |
