CREOLE MEAT SEASONING 
1 (26 oz.) box Morton's salt
1 1/2 oz. ground pepper
2 oz. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 oz. garlic powder
1 oz. MSG (Accent)
1 oz. chili powder

Mix thoroughly. Makes enough for 2 quart jar.
