NUT ROLL BARS 
STEP 1:
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs yolks

Crumb together and pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add 3 cups mini marshmallows. Bake in oven 2 to 5 minutes (until puffy). Remove and cool.

STEP 2:
2/3 c. white Karo syrup
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. butterscotch bits
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. salted Spanish peanuts

In a saucepan, add the first 5 ingredients and stir until melted. Add the Rice Krispies and salted peanuts. Spread over the marshmallows and let cool.
