EGG PIZZA 
6 eggs
2 finely chopped onions
4 chillies, finely chopped
2 peppers, cut in circles
2 tomatoes cut in circles
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. coriander powder
cheddar cheese, grated
salt, to taste
for garnishing:
bunch of coriander, finely chopped
cherries and mint leaves

In a bowl combine eggs, finely chopped onion, chillies, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt to taste and mix thoroughly. Heat a non-stick pan on low and place the mixture in the heated pan. Place the circles of capsicum (peppers) and tomatoes over the mixture in the pan. Add the grated cheese.

Now cover the pan and allow the cheese to melt. Allow to cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.

Garnish with coriander, mint leaves and cherries. The egg pizza is ready to eat! Serve hot.

Can be eaten with chili sauce or tomatoes. Tastes much better without sauce.
