GARLIC BREAD 
1 loaf Italian bread
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. crumbled oregano
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. garlic salt
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cut bread diagonally into 1 inch slices; do not cut all the way through.

Blend butter, parsley, oregano, dill weed and garlic. Spread mixture on both sides of bread slices. Shape aluminum foil around loaf of bread. Twist ends; leave top open. Sprinkle top liberally with cheese and parsley flakes. Heat in 400 degree oven 10 minutes. Yield 1 loaf.
