BURRITO BAKE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef (cooked and drained)
1 avocado, sliced, if desired
1 c. thick taco salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese (total of both combined)

Grease pie plate (10x1 1/2 inches). Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spread in pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve garnished with sour cream, chopped onions and avocado, or chopped tomatoes.
