HOT SALSA 
1 lg. chopped onion
2 lg. banana peppers, chopped
2 lg. chili peppers, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
6-12 lg. tomatoes, blended in blender

Wear gloves to chop peppers (if not, pepper will burn skin). Do not rub face or eyes when chopping peppers! Cook slowly until thickened. Place in small jars and freeze.
