BROILED TOMATO CUPS 
5 to 6 tomatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. chopped parsley
3 green onions, chopped

Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Combine remaining ingredients, blending well. Top each tomato half with small amount of mixture. Broil until bubbly.

Serves 10 to 12.
