LEMON SQUARES 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar

Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix flour and powdered sugar. Pour in pan and stir, press firmly. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Beat together eggs and lemon juice. Sift 2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, baking powder and salt. Add mixture to egg and lemon juice. Pour on mixture while still hot. Bake for 25 minutes more at 325 degrees. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top and cut in squares.
