PEACH BUTTER 
2 qts. pureed peaches
4 c. sugar

Peel and puree peaches in a blender or cook peaches until soft and run through a food mill. Measure puree. Add sugar and cook until thick, about 30 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Pour into hot jars; adjust caps and process 10 minutes in boiling water bath. Yield: About 4 pints.
