BAKED BANANA AND PEACH DESSERT 
2 peaches, sliced or chopped, peeling optional
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar
2 bananas, halved lengthwise

Puree peach slices in blender. In small saucepan, mix peach puree, vanilla, and sugar. Heat to boiling stage; cover and simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally. In individual squares of foil or small baking dish, place a banana half. Cover each half with 2 tablespoons of peach sauce. Fold foil closed and place on baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 4.
