NO-BAKE PEACH PIE 
Crust:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil

Mix together ingredients. Dump into pie pan and press to shape.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Cool while assembling filling.

Filling:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
3 tbsp. peach jello (1/2 small pack)

Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until clear. Add peach jello mix to hot mixture and cool. Peel and slice 6 large peaches. Add to filling and pour all into pie shell. Refrigerate for 1/2 day before serving.
