CHEESY SCALLOPED CORN | |
2 cans cream style corn 2 c. Bisquick 2 eggs 1/4 c. melted butter 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 lb. cheese, grated (Colby or cheddar) Mix corn and Bisquick together in bowl. Beat eggs in bowl then add butter, sugar and milk and add to corn mixture. Layer the corn mixture and cheese in a greased pan. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. |
