ANGEL FOOD DELIGHT 
1 angel food cake
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk (reg. low-fat, or skim
1 to 2 tsp. extract such as rum, lemon, etc.
Coconut (optional)

Slice cake horizontally to form 2 equal layers. Place on serving dish. Prepare instant pudding with milk and allow to thicken. Add desired extract and whipped topping; blend well. Spread as frosting on cake between layers on all sides and on top. Slice and serve.

Cooks Note: My favorite extract is rum flavoring. On occasion, I sprinkle the cake with coconut when using this extract.
