20 MINUTE STEW 
1 pkg. au gratin potatoes
2 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
4 to 6 hot dogs, cut into chunks
1/4 c. chopped pimento

Combine potatoes and seasoning mix from package of potatoes in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
