2 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inch.

Heat salted water to boiling. Add broccoli. Cook until almost tender, 5 minutes. Drain.

Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6.
