CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 stick butter
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 lg. chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small pieces, 4 cups
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. white wine or water
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder, to taste
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sauteed or 8 oz. canned slices
8 oz. fine spaghetti cooked (break into 1 1/2 inch pieces before cooking)
1/2 to 1 lb. sharp cheese grated or cheese you prefer

Cook onion, pepper and garlic in butter. Add chicken, soups, mushrooms, spaghetti, and chili powder to taste. Put in large shallow casserole and cover with grated cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven until brown, approximately 45 minutes.
