PUNCH BOWL CAKE | |
2 yellow cake layers or pound cake 2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 lg. can cherry pie filling 2 (6 oz.) packs frozen coconut 1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained 1 lg. can chunked pineapple, drained 2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip 1 1/2 c. pecans 1 sm. jar cherries Make cake layers, cool. Then make pudding according to directions. Place 1 cake layer in bottom of 6 quart punch bowl (break cake into pieces). Add other items in layers, then add second cake layer and repeat as above. Garnish with cherries and nuts. Chill and serve. |
