1 med. can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix together. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 package of yellow cake mix. Cut up 1 stick of butter over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spread 1 cup chopped pecans over cake and bake another 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold with Cool Whip.
