PUMPKIN DESSERT CAKE 
1 1/4 c. oil
4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. honey
1 c. molasses or sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin or 1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. white flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. ground cloves

Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Combine the dry ingredients, mix well then combine with wet ingredients. Mix until blended. Grease 2 bread pans and pour batter in. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Or may be baked in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 35 minutes. You may also make drop cookies from this batter. Bake them at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
