FOUR LAYER DELIGHT | |
1ST LAYER: 1 c. graham crackers 1-2 c. chopped nuts 1-2 c. butter, melted 2ND LAYER: 1 lg. carton Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3RD LAYER: 2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor - I use chocolate) 4TH LAYER: Cool Whip 1ST LAYER - Mix well and put in 9 x 13 inch dish, bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool. 2ND LAYER - Using 1 cup of Cool Whip, mix on low speed until fluffy - spread on cooked crust layer. 3RD LAYER - Add 3 cups cold milk - mix 2 minutes and spread on top of layer 2. 4TH LAYER - Spread remaining Cool Whip. |
