COCONUT CAKE ICING 
1 c. milk
3/4 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
3/4 c. Crisco

Place milk in saucepan. Stir flour and salt into milk on stove and cook until thick. Place sugar, butter, Crisco in a large bowl. Beat until creamy. Stir in flour mixture and beat until fluffy at least 10 minutes. 2 packages frozen coconut or 1 ground fresh coconut, 1/4 cup sugar.
