CHICKEN CORN SOUP 
1 stewing chicken
2 hard-boiled eggs
8 ears corn
1 onion
1 pepper
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Rivals

Cut up and cook chicken with onion. When done, cut in small pieces and return to broth. Add corn, cook 10 minutes. Add Rivals.

RIVALS:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 beaten egg
Salt

Mix with fingers to form crumbs, add to soup, cook 15 minutes. Keep covered, then add hard-boiled eggs and parsley for garnish.
