NINA'S FABULOUS NOODLE PUDDING 
1/2 lb. noodles
3 tbsp. butter (butter ok)
1/2 pt. sour cream
2-3 tbsp. matza meal
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, including juice (natural juice ok)
3/4 c. sugar
Dash salt
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. butter (butter ok)
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. corn flakes

Boil noodles and drain. Add butter, sour cream, matza meal, crushed pineapple and juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt and eggs. In a separate dish mix topping ingredients.

Grease pan and coat with half of the corn flake mixture. Add filling-kugel ingredients and top with remainder of corn flake mixture. Dot with a little butter (butter ok). Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
