CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP 
3 c. water
4 med. potatoes, cubed
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. onions
2 tsp. salt & pepper

Boil together. In saucepan, combine:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk

Pour into other mixture. Do not drain vegetables. Add:

1 lb. cheddar cheese
2 c. ham

Season with Tabasco sauce.
