LEMON SODA CRACKER DESSERT 
40 single soda crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can lemon pie filling
Flake coconut

Melt butter at 350 degrees in the 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix soda crackers in pan with melted butter and press down.

Beat the egg whites and add the sugar. Spread on top of crumbs in pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

Take 1/2 of the Cool Whip and spread onto cooled crust. Then spread lemon pie filling over that and finally the other 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Sprinkle flake coconut over all as desired. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
