1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. Crisco
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients except vanilla. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute at full boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla and beat until cool.
