OLIVE CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. mild cheese (shredded)
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter (melted)
Stuffed olives (drained)

Mix cheese and flour. Add butter, mix well. If dough seems dry work with hands. 1 tsp. of dough around each olive. Shape into ball. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Cover with plastic wrap or foil.

Chill at least one hour before baking. Bake in oven of 400 degrees 10-15 minutes. (Don't use self-rising flour.)
